Levante has officially announced the signing of Israeli forward Tay Abed, who will join the Valencian club until June 2029. The transfer was completed for a modest fee paid to PSV Eindhoven.

This morning, Abed visited the Ciudad Deportiva de Buñol to familiarize himself with the facilities and meet his new teammates. He has begun training under coach Luís Castro in preparation for his potential debut this Friday against Elche at the Ciutat de Valencia.

The left winger will wear the number 55 on his jersey, as he is registered with the B team until the end of the season. With this signing, Abed becomes the first Israeli player in the history of the Orriols club.

Throughout this season, Abed has participated in 20 matches in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie, scoring seven goals and providing four assists. He also made his debut with the first team in a cup match against GVVV Veenendaal, where he played for 69 minutes.

Born in Tel Aviv, Abed has represented his country at various youth levels and recently achieved a third-place finish at the Under-20 World Cup this past summer.
