Maher Carrizo Cleared to Join Ajax Following Work Permit Approval

The news was announced by Johan Inan, the club reporter for Algemeen Dagblad, on Monday afternoon. Ajax secured Carrizo this winter to replace Raúl Moro, who struggled to find his footing in Amsterdam. The new right winger transferred from Vélez Sarsfield for a fee of six million euros, granting Ajax fifty percent of the transfer rights. Additionally, Ajax will pay an extra 1.25 million euros for every 45 matches that Carrizo plays, which will account for ten percent of the transfer rights.
