As Amorim formulates his midfield strategy for next summer, and with Casemiro continuing to anchor the team’s performance, calls to revive interest in Baleba are intensifying, notably from former United striker Louis Saha. In a statement to OLBG, Saha emphasized the impact of strong midfielders on a team’s effectiveness: “Fabinho was crucial for Liverpool, and Rodri fills a similar role for Man City. A powerful midfielder who excels in transitions brings both stability and influence to the game; such players are rare.
