Marco Rose Considered for Eintracht Frankfurt Head Coach Position 1Marco Rose Considered for Eintracht Frankfurt Head Coach Position 1

According to reports, Eintracht Frankfurt is considering Marco Rose for the head coach position after the dismissal of Dino Toppmöller on Sunday.

Rose, who previously managed RB Leipzig, has emerged as the preferred candidate for sporting director Markus Krösche as the club seeks to change direction following Toppmöller’s exit.

Having been out of work since his departure from Leipzig last March, Rose has expressed his willingness to take on the role at Frankfurt. However, his current contract with Leipzig could pose a challenge, as the club would need to pay a fee to secure his services.

The expectation at Deutsche Bank Park is to have the new head coach in place for the upcoming match against Hoffenheim on Saturday.

In the event that negotiations with Rose do not prove fruitful, several alternative candidates have been mentioned, including Sandro Schwarz (formerly of Mainz and New York Red Bulls), Edin Terzic (ex-Borussia Dortmund), and Tobias Strobl (currently the head coach at Verl, distinct from the former Augsburg and Borussia Mönchengladbach midfielder of the same name).
