**Gianluigi Donnarumma (6/10):**
Donnarumma faced a challenging night following his strong performance at Old Trafford. He allowed Hogh’s header to slip through his legs and failed to adequately position himself to stop the striker’s follow-up. However, he did make several impressive saves with his legs in the second half and during added time, preventing further damage.

**Rayan Ait-Nouri (4/10):**
Ait-Nouri struggled in the unfamiliar position of right-back. He was unable to recover in time for the second goal and exhibited ball-watching for the first, neglecting to track Hogh effectively.

**Abdukodir Khusanov (5/10):**
Khusanov was largely ineffective in stemming Bodo’s relentless attacks, though he was not solely to blame for the defensive failures.

**Max Alleyne (3/10):**
Alleyne’s inexperience has become evident in recent matches following a promising return from a loan at Watford. He was at fault for the first two goals and squandered a good opportunity, heading wide from a corner.

**Nico O’Reilly (5/10):**
Although the initial two goals originated from his left side, O’Reilly was arguably the most competent defender for City. He displayed skill by assisting Cherki’s strike.

**Rico Lewis (5/10):**
After a difficult outing at right-back against United, Lewis started in midfield but struggled to provide control, resulting in minimal impact on the game.

**Rodri (3/10):**
This was one of Rodri’s poorest performances for City, following another disappointing outing at Old Trafford. He frequently gave away possession, including in the build-up to Bodo’s third goal, and his reckless behavior culminated in a red card.

**Tijjani Reijnders (5/10):**
Reijnders was missed significantly as City lacked the security that Bernardo Silva usually provides. He nearly scored but shot just wide of the near post.

**Rayan Cherki (6/10):**
Cherki was responsible for some of the few positive moments for City, including their goal.

**Erling Haaland (4/10):**
Haaland had a disappointing return to his homeland, struggling through one of the worst spells of his City career. He missed a clear opportunity in the first half, misfired a decent effort, and later blasted over another chance.

**Phil Foden (5/10):**
Foden failed to connect effectively with his fellow attackers, contributing little to the team’s control in midfield.

**Omar Marmoush (5/10):**
Marmoush provided some outlet down the left side, but it proved to be too little, too late, especially with the team down a man.

**Pep Guardiola (4/10):**
Guardiola faced another disappointing day from a tactical standpoint, as his high defensive line proved ill-suited against a particularly quick opponent. Despite making four changes from the derby, he inexplicably retained faith in Foden and Rodri while Ait-Nouri’s deployment on the right resulted in significant issues.
