An expert consulted by Globo mentioned that Oscar could potentially return to football if his condition is managed effectively and he feels ready. However, as of now, there is no forecast for his hospital discharge. At 34, he is deliberating with his family whether to announce his retirement or continue playing, with indications leaning towards the former.
