Potential Candidates for Manchester United’s Managerial Role

Every time the managerial position at Manchester United becomes available, Zinedine Zidane’s name surfaces. However, it appears that he is unlikely to take this role. Instead, should he return to management, it is more probable that he will lead the France national team rather than a Premier League club.

In October, Zidane expressed his determination to coach again, stating, “One of my goals is to coach the French national team. We’ll see.” This sentiment aligns with recent reports suggesting he may succeed Didier Deschamps.

Unai Emery has successfully reestablished his reputation in English football after a challenging stint at Arsenal. His brief return to Spain with Villarreal culminated in a Europa League victory over Manchester United in 2021.
