PSV Eindhoven has confirmed its intention to keep winger Couhaib Driouech, who has attracted interest from multiple clubs in the Premier League and La Liga in recent days. Sources at SoccerNews indicate that the club’s management in Eindhoven is not cooperating with any potential transfer requests.

Driouech joins an exclusive list of players, including Ryan Flamingo, Ivan Perisic, and Ricardo Pepi, who PSV has chosen to retain despite external interest. The club is determined to complete the current season with its existing squad in pursuit of both the league title and the KNVB Cup. Although Driouech was not a regular starter at the beginning of the season, he has made significant contributions, including a goal and an assist against Napoli and two goals as a substitute against Liverpool in the Champions League.

Over the past few weeks, several clubs from the Premier League and La Liga expressed their interest in Driouech. However, PSV is committed to preserving the integrity of its squad and plans to reconsider transfer opportunities only in the summer.

In contrast, defender Eus Waayers is set to depart from Eindhoven, as Go Ahead Eagles has expressed interest in the nineteen-year-old right-back. Waayers is expected to be one of the successors to Mats Deijl at the Deventer club. Given that his contract with Jong PSV expires this summer, the club may still secure a nominal transfer fee.

The departure of Waayers is likely to be the only outgoing transfer from PSV expected during this winter transfer period.
