Bernard Schuiteman is currently the Technical Director at RKC Waalwijk. He previously worked at Feyenoord and recently shared his reflections in an interview with De Maaskantine. Praise for Te Kloese, Ruijl, and Van Persie Schuiteman praised the work of Dennis te Kloese, Mark Ruijl, and Robin van Persie. He particularly addressed the dual role held by Te Kloese, who acts as both General Director and Technical Director. According to Schuiteman, a club of Feyenoord’s size requires full focus in such a position. “The responsibilities are enormous. Building a strong first team is only the start. The real work begins afterward,” he explained. Schuiteman therefore believes the club should eventually separate the two roles to maintain clarity and efficiency.
