Sky Germany reports that Borussia Dortmund’s defender, Romeo Ritter, is drawing interest from prominent clubs across Europe.

The 17-year-old is contracted with the club until 2028 and has expressed a willingness to remain with die Schwarzgelben. However, this has not deterred foreign clubs from inquiring about his situation.

Notably, both Arsenal and AC Milan have been linked to Ritter, having made inquiries regarding his status at Dortmund.

Ritter is versatile, capable of playing both as a centre-back and a left-back, and has predominantly featured for BVB’s under-17 and under-19 teams this season.

While this winter has seen young talents like Cole Campbell depart the club, Dortmund’s winter training camp in Marbella has witnessed several of Ritter’s teammates impressing head coach Niko Kovac.

According to West Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, some of the standout performers during die Schwarzgelben’s training trip include Samuele Inacio, Mathis Albert, and Mussa Kaba.

It remains to be seen whether this trio will make their professional debuts by the season’s end, but they are anticipated to become more integral members of the squad in the upcoming season.
