Rodrigo Ribeiro’s Transfer to FC Augsburg Confirmed

Rodrigo Ribeiro’s transfer to FC Augsburg has been confirmed by Sky Germany.

The 20-year-old forward is finalizing his move to Augsburg, with an official announcement expected shortly.

Ribeiro, who currently plays for Sporting B, will initially join the Bundesliga side on a loan agreement for the remainder of the season, accompanied by an option-to-buy clause.

According to Transfermarkt, Ribeiro’s market value is currently estimated at €2.5 million.

In 11 appearances in Liga Portugal 2 this season, he has scored five goals and provided one assist. Additionally, Ribeiro continues to contribute to Portugal’s U20 national team, where he has netted three goals in 17 caps.
