Meanwhile, Manchester City is expected to enter the race for Bournemouth’s Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo, whose release clause is set to decrease from £65 million to a minimum of £50 million next summer.

Manchester United is looking to bolster its defense with a new centre-back next summer, but the club remains keen on retaining experienced defender Harry Maguire, 32, by negotiating a contract extension.
