omidbasir- Bournemouth midfielder Tyler Adams showcased his remarkable talent during a Premier League match on Saturday, scoring from near the center circle to give his team a 2-0 lead against Sunderland.

The 26-year-old, who previously netted his first Premier League goal with an equalizer against Manchester City earlier this month, doubled his tally with a spectacular strike.

As Sunderland pressed forward, Bournemouth regained possession, and Adams capitalized on the opportunity. Spotting goalkeeper Robin Roefs off his line, he expertly lobbed the ball over him from approximately 50 yards away.

The goal was officially recorded at 47.4 yards, making it the longest goal of the season, surpassing Tottenham’s Richarlison, who scored from 38.6 yards against Arsenal last week.

Despite Adams’ impressive contribution, Sunderland mounted a remarkable comeback, sealing a 3-2 victory by the end of the match.

In a separate note, Adams had been withdrawn from the U.S. national team for upcoming friendlies against Paraguay and Uruguay after a collision with teammate Adam Smith in a previous match, where Bournemouth suffered a 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa. Fortunately, it appears that Adams has made a swift recovery.
