omidbasir- The individual identified as the ‘racist from sector 5’ will not be permitted entry into Mestalla for the derby this Friday. Valencia Club has informed the member accused of making racist insults that they are barred from attending. The club has initiated an internal disciplinary procedure, having obtained recordings from journalist José Manuel Bort, which were published in the Levante EMV newspaper.

The club believes the evidence is sufficient to proceed with the case while also allowing the member the right to defend themselves; thus, they will not be allowed into the stadium temporarily. This ban will take effect during the Valencia derby against Levante, marking the first match in which this sanction will be enforced. Currently, Valencia has not registered as a party in the judicial proceedings initiated by the journalist, unlike La Liga, which has joined the case as a private accuser.

It is worth noting that Valencia has previously expelled three fans for exhibiting racist behavior towards Vinicius. A formal complaint has been lodged against the aforementioned member in the courts, with La Liga adding its support as a co-accuser. The movement that has emerged from this sector of the stadium has successfully achieved its initial goal: the expulsion of the ‘racist from sector 5.’ As the judicial process advances, several neighboring members have come forward to testify.

The atmosphere in sector 5 of Mestalla will finally find relief after enduring the presence of this individual, who has now been taken to court.
