Vito van Crooij Returns to Sparta Rotterdam

Vito van Crooij has secured his desired transfer to the Eredivisie. The forward, who found himself on the bench at NEC, has now made a successful return to Sparta Rotterdam, which has officially confirmed his signing.

The departure from NEC comes as Sparta Rotterdam aims to enhance their offensive capabilities. Technical Director Gerard Nijkamp stated, “The first half of the season has shown that we are lacking in scoring ability. Therefore, we have been actively searching for players who can deliver results. Vito is one such player. During his initial period at Sparta, he proved his ability to score goals and provide assists. Last season, he also posted impressive statistics at NEC.”
